There are a number of ways to subscribe to paperless pay slips in Digiposte. We suggest that you follow the procedure recommended by your company.

From your Digiposte safe:

Some employers allow you to subscribe to pay slips directly from your Digiposte safe.

• Via the web: 

- Log in to your safe and click the Organisations tab.

- In the Search for your Employer organisation section, click on Find my employer (search by name or code) :

- Once you have found your employer, click on them (if they are not on the list, you can suggest they be included yourself). You will be taken to a page where you will need to enter your HR personnel number and a security code provided by your employer (for example: the EK code shown on your last pay slip, a PIN code received by post, your social security number, etc.). 

• On mobile:

- Go to Organisations, which can be accessed via the menu at the bottom of your screen. 

- Tap the + button and go to the Work category.

- Enter the name of your employer in the search bar. 

- You will be taken to a page where you will need to enter your HR personnel number and a security code provided by your employer (for example: the EK code shown on your last pay slip, a PIN code received by post, your social security number, etc.). 

 With an invitation email or dedicated URL :

Have you received an invitation email or a URL (the link to customise your subscription)? Enter it or copy it into your browser bar.

You will be taken to a page where you will need to enter your HR personnel number and possibly a security code provided by your employer (for example: the EK code shown on your last pay slip, a PIN code received by post, your social security number, etc.).

You will then be able to create your account or login to an existing account.
