What if I logged on with a six-digit code?

For more simplicity and security, the Digiposte authentication method has changed.

The username is an e-mail address and the password must contain at least 8 alphanumeric characters.

Did you previously log in with a username and a six-digit code on the blue "PinPad" pad?

If your email address is recognised, it is already linked to a La Poste e-service. You can sign in straight away (if you don't remember your password, click on "Forgotten password" to receive an email to reset it).

    • Step 2: Move your documents to your new safe

Once in the safe, click on your Profile in the upper right corner and go to Manage Safe > Merge Safe > Start

Click Continue to confirm the data storage information message:

Click on the 6-digit PIN code tab and enter your username and code (if you have forgotten the code, click on "I forgot my login details" and enter the email address where you receive your notification emails):

Once the merge is complete, a confirmation message appears on the screen:

You now have a La Poste account. You can use your new details to log in to Digiposte, as well as to all La Poste e-services (laposte.fr, driving theory test, Watch over my parents, etc.).

With this account, La Poste offers you a smoother experience online, at the post office and with your postal worker to save you time. For example, you can manage your powers of attorney, track your parcel deliveries or register to take the Driving Theory Test.
