Before closing your safe, you must first:

• Cancel your subscriptions to your organisations
• Delete all your documents and shares, then empty the recycle bin

When all these actions have been completed, click on your Profile at the top right and then go to Manage Safe > Close your Digiposte account.

Finally, click on the Confirm Deletion button to action your request.

The account is cancelled immediately.
