Via the website:

You can change your personal information by clicking on your Profile at the top right and then going to Account and Preferences:

• Title/Last name/First name/Date of birth
• Login email
• Password

From your Profile in the Security section, you can also change:

• Your secret security question/answer
• Two-factor authentication on login

From the mobile app:

You can change your personal data by going to Profile, which can be accessed from the menu at the bottom of your screen.

Then go to My Account and tap the pencil in the top right corner to change the following data:

• Title/Last name/First name
• Telephone number
• Postal address

In My Account, you can also change your login email and password.
