To ensure a quicker response, remember to include the details of your Digiposte account in your request to enable the Customer Service Advisers to easily identify you (E.g.: your Digiposte login email address, your Last Name and First Name, the name of your Company and your company registration number if you have subscribed to receive your pay slips in Digiposte, etc.).
Our Customer Service team will respond to your requests from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 7 pm and on Saturday from 8:30 am to 1 pm.
